My name is Christina Huber. I bought a gift card online on 6/11 for $35. It was shipped out 6/14. It has been 9 business days and still no gift card and no way to track it. Can someone please tell me where my gift card is or give me my money back please? This has been nothing but a hassel and I regret purchasing the gift card in the first place. Thanks.

I went to Sunoco on Stanhope Street in Pittsburgh near McKees Rocks Plaza. There was a sign that said a dollar 50 off per pack of Marlboros when you bought two or more. When I went in the store they had the same sign where they conveniently ripped the one off the front and we're offering $0.50 instead of the dollar 50. And to add insult to injury it was $0.50 off of two packs instead of the per Pak the the sign outside read. When I told the people that the sign outside said a dollar fifty per pack they told me there was no such sign at which time I told them to follow me I would show them. I did this and they immediately grabbed the sign and took it out of the frame it was in threw it in the garbage and said I could have a dollar fifty off two packs this one time. I tried to explain to them that it says a dollar fifty off per pack and they answered that it was a dollar fifty off two packs and it clearly said I had to buy two pack. I told the lady I agreed that I had to buy two packed but it still said a dollar fifty off per pack when you bought two packs or more and she told me per meant 2 when I told her per meant each she started screaming and I just left but not before I had my son take a picture of the sign before she threw in garbage. It just frustrates me to know that every pack of Marlboros that gets sold there she's getting a dollar fifty back from Philip Morris and only giving the consumer $0.25. And actually she's not even giving $0.25 per pack people that buy less than two don't even get the quarter. That store makes too much money off of this neighborhood to rip us off and imma pissed consumer

I am insulted and angry, the employee at an earlier time accused me of buying tobacco for someone else. Just because he saw me chatting with the person in question. The person in question owed me money, he gave me what he owed then we talked for a minute then I came into the store. I have been going to this location for over 10 years. On this occasion he refused to serve me and ignorantly and with hostility forced me to leave. I asked him to show me on video me giving any Tobacco to anyone, but he couldnt because

A pending $91 fraudulent transaction at your bronx bartow ave location

I went to the location I went to the location to get gas I put $14 in change in gas in the car. and I got a receipt for the $14 in change and I moved on and then this morning I wake up there's a pending $91 charge on my card at Sunoco gas station. I just need someone to contact me at 929-394-**** to explain these transactions because their fraudulent Forge fortunate I did not authorize the $91 charge on my card thank you.

On three occasions in the same week, I noticed that the two liter bottle of diet Pepsi I purchased was expired. I informed the associate the following day and spotted a second two liter of diet Coke was expired as well. Today I discovered three more two liter bottles of soda were expired. I took pictures and informed the same associate again! I was greeted with hostility and disrespect. He bagan to shout and swiftly ordered me to make a purchase or leave the store. I would like a full refund for the original two bottles of soda I purchased. Thank you.

An assault happened at the Herndon Sunoco gas station and a cashier knows exactly who that person is, they are friends and I have called the police on the guy who assaulted my boyfriend as well as chased him into my neighborhood and smashed someone's car back window, and they did nothing. At the time of the incident I had asked the cashier did he knew the man, and he told me no to my face.

A few nights later my boyfriend saw the cashier and the man who assaulted him hanging out on his late night shift (this is an ongoing occurrence that these 2 individuals will hang out while he's working) and when my boyfriend tried going there again, the man who assault him had a friend with him and followed my boyfriend home at night. This is completely unacceptable, It wasn't until we decided to call corporate the cashier issued an apology, even though my boyfriend had prior altercations with him after the assault happened. We are loyal customers there, not even 5 minutes from where I live, we get a long with everyone there so when the assault happened I hoped whoever was working would have our back and a small amount of justice would come about, so we can be at peace.

It hurts that the cashier lied to my face about not knowing who that man is and Its disturbing that something like this could happen, literally caught on camera nothing was done about it. This incident happened in September, we decided to call corporate February/March.

There has been no contact despite leaving my name and number at the store, and at the main corporate office. It is $10.

I understand that is not a lot of money. But, it wasnt for the employee to pocket and steal from me

We bought a $1.99 bag of chips, a med slushie and gummy bears. We paid with a 20 dollar bill and got the change for a $10 bill. When i noticed I called and the employee told me "Sorry bout your luck. Im here til 11 theres nothing Im going to do for you". So he will pocket my change and get away with being rude. He was there by himself for the later afternoon shift. We were there at about 5pm on march 10th. Im very unhappy.

My card was charged 2 times on Oct. 30, 2020. One time for the $32 fill up and a second for $20. I went back a few days later and showed them the charges and they told me Thats impossible. Well right there in black and white were the 2 charges, so its not impossible. They said to wait a few days and the second charge will disappear... ok, its now Nov. 19 and I have been charged twice. They offered no recourse to me and acted very cavalierly. I will never go back there.

Employee herrassing me

So i live across the street from sunoco 2150 centerville rd herndon va theres a employee who works over night he allows his friends to sit infront of the sunoco all night so when i go there late night to grave something the employees friends tries to beat me up chase me broke a car window in my neighborhood and when i tell maneger what happneds he seemss not to believe me i think cus there short staff or maybe cus there related last night the same thing hapned he chased me in the middle of the street after i left the sunoco. The employee worked march 15 at over night last night .

he lets them in the store aswell he lets them sit on the tables were food is next to his *** .

this employeee is so horrible he never dose his job he said he dosnt know the person herassing me but i see hang out infront of the store always so please let me know what could be done . I would love to spend my money at this store but untill
