Cust Srvc Rep (Rashad) was very friendly and apologetic about Mike behavior, said he would pass on to the appropriate people. Said I or no one should be treated the way Mike treated me.
Got caught in *** trying to talk to human beings
Why do your gas station pumps ask if you want a receipt when none of them ever give a receipt. I have had this happen at two different stations almost 60 miles apart. In a world where contactless is best, you MAKE people who need receipts to have to go in and get it from inside.
Never spoke to someone.I was calling because I ought gas and did not get my discount. This is the second time this happened at the same station.
