I was at the Sunoco station at 300 N. Ridgewood in South Daytona, Florida.
They had the pump set up to pump at 1 gallon per minute, which did not let the automatic trip turn off the pump when the tank was full. The tank overflowed, which caused the gasoline to run down the side of my vehicle and onto my shoes and the ground. The station should be closed due to the environmental and fire risk caused by their decision to set the pumps at such a low rate.
All the pumps were the same way. Avoid this gas station at all costs.

Give me my refund. The gas station I went to today, I asked for 15 dollars in gas.
They gave me a receipt for 15, but my credit alerted me that they are taking 49. The proof is in the pictures I sent you. What is going on with the gas station?
They have to be doing this to other customers. They just didn't check their receipt.

Im being charged a fee for debit transactions at .50 cents if under $10.00. This practice is completely illegal and needs to be resolved.
I frequent the store on average of 2 times a day.
Charged twice a day for 30 days is $30 in fees. Class action lawsuit about to be filed as well as a complaint with the BBB for debit card fraud.

No resolution
I asked Shana if she could run a video on pump 4 and check for a gas purchase on 5/12 at 2:56. She asked me to email my bank statement with the transaction. A few days later I texted Shana, and asked her if she got a chance to look at the cameras of my time and date and did she see the receipt for my purchase. She asked for the last 4 digits of my card number. Hours later I reached out to Shana again, she tells me she had the receipt for the card number and it showed 33 gallons of gas were purchased for $125. I told Shana to please check the camera because you can clearly see that I drive a Honda Accord and it doesn't take $125, let alone 33 gallons of regular gas to fill my car up.
She tells me even if she were to look at the cameras, it wouldn't show how much gas was purchased. I told her I understand that but look at my car — it doesn't take 33 gallons of regular gas to fill it up. She said nothing. I asked her how I can get my $75 back because I need to feed my grandson and your pump must be broken, so I should not be liable for the full $125. She says she can only go by what's on the receipt and suggested to dispute with my bank. I told her I did, and they denied it because I didn't have a receipt and for some weird reason, she showed a receipt of $125 worth of gas.
I was so confused and upset at the same time. I told her there's no sense in going back and forth with this, but asked her to check her camera as my car clearly does not take $125 worth of gas. She needs to check that pump because it's broken. I asked, do you think I would waste my time about $75? She said, 'I know you wouldn't,' and that's all she said. She said nothing about checking the pump or looking at the camera. The only thing left to say to her was, 'Thanks for your time and enjoy your evening.'
Something needs to be done about this because this is ridiculous; it makes no sense. I am beyond upset with Sunoco on Washington Lane and Ogontz Avenue. I feel traumatized even to ride by that way because they robbed me. I am hurt because I needed that extra $75 for groceries and I feel duped by a name-brand gas station.
I hope karma catches up with Shana for her lack of professionalism and empathy. I think she knows that pump is rigged. If she would look at the camera, she could clearly see my 2017 Honda Accord does not take 33 gallons of gas. She could have seen that and escalated it to her supervisor or corporate so that I could get my money back.

In Blue Ash, Cincinnati, Ohio Kenwood Rd., the pumps have card readers on them! They just tried charging my card $200! What's crazy is that they must know, because in order to install this reader, you practically have to take the pump apart!

I paid for gas using my debit card at the pump and was charged an extra $75. I disputed the charges through my bank, but they said the charges were justified.
It does not take $125 to fill my tank up; it took $50 to fill it up. I don't understand how they determined I was liable for the extra charge when the number I called for the merchant wasn't working.

I went into the Sunoco on the 4700 block of city ave in Philadelphia to purchase two red bulls on the fridge case it is advertised that they are 2 for 4.70 when the clerk Rang them up the discount did not come up and the clerk said they are not honoring that price any longer I told her the sign should be removed because this is false advertisement and I would like something done about this because this is not ok please contract me at your earliest by phone at 267-432-**** or email at Stephaniecarlita@***.com Ill await a response from someone before I contact media and social media and lawyer
