Sunoco Gas Station

I called to give my opinion. You would think they would be eager to hear or read about my opinion, seeing how they always want to send or call you about feedback and dish out surveys, and yet I'm going out of my way to Google the number, call, and give them a piece of my mind, and I can't get in contact with nobody!

Used upside app got fuel at 2 different sunoco app said .065 cent refund per gallon should of been $12. Twice.

But app says need review. Got fuel at getgo got refund in days.appearantly sunoco doesnt honor upside app.

Dont expect to get refund from sunoco. Wont br returning tosunoco

Go into the YORK NEW SALEM SUNOCO a few times a month to play the PA SKILLS GAMES. I was told that I was no longer allowed to play their games or be in their store.

When I questioned them about it, they said that " I don't play with REAL MONEY "(meaning a lot of money) and they don't appreciate my activities. When I questioned them on that they said, " I stay and play for hours." SERIOUSLY I didn't know that there was a money or time limitations.

I have been trying to use the app for a month now. I use the At the stations I get Failure to aauthenticate.

This is most frustrating when i dont have a card to fall back on. Then I need to go further down to a competitor. Station I have been using is located at 932 Memorial Drive, St. Johnsbury, VT 05819.

I have the same issue at other locations. Help!!

Cashier refused to take quarters for payment. Was very short and rude.

The Cashier said they were overwhelmed with lose change and wouldn't allow me to make my purchase.

I had to go elsewhere and on my way got into a car accident all because the Cashier didn't want my business. When I called and told the Cashier what happened she said good luck with that because I told her by the end of the day she wouldn't have her job anymore and she hung the phone up on me.

Lied to numerous times about where their inspector was. Please tell me the truth and dont treat me like I dont have a right to be pissed off! This is for the Sunoco in Prince William Co @ Mineville and Smoketown Rd

Person I contacted for a replacement receipt for an expense report was prompt helpful courteous and very personable. Give them a raise!

I drove 2 hours needed a bathroom was inside for 5 min and the guy unlocked door while I was *** only to expose me to store and scream and cuss me out whole time while saying Im the one taunting me to fight him scottsburg gas station is not okay

First card arrived after many days longer than expected. When it did arrive, I attempted to use it and it had been "cancelled" without my approval.

Second card requested. .

.still a no show. Huh?

Give me my refund. The gas station I went to today, I asked for 15 dollars in gas.

They gave me a receipt for 15, but my credit alerted me that they are taking 49. The proof is in the pictures I sent you. What is going on with the gas station?

They have to be doing this to other customers. They just didn't check their receipt.

Im being charged a fee for debit transactions at .50 cents if under $10.00. This practice is completely illegal and needs to be resolved.

I frequent the store on average of 2 times a day.

Charged twice a day for 30 days is $30 in fees. Class action lawsuit about to be filed as well as a complaint with the BBB for debit card fraud.

I was at the Sunoco station at 300 N. Ridgewood in South Daytona, Florida.

They had the pump set up to pump at 1 gallon per minute, which did not let the automatic trip turn off the pump when the tank was full. The tank overflowed, which caused the gasoline to run down the side of my vehicle and onto my shoes and the ground. The station should be closed due to the environmental and fire risk caused by their decision to set the pumps at such a low rate.

All the pumps were the same way. Avoid this gas station at all costs.
